Journal your thoughts on the following:
***Look back at your life’s connection to animals. Was it a positive, negative or
non-existent connection?
***Purposefully reach out and set aside time this week to sit in the presence of an
animal. It can be birds, pets, visit the humane society, a pet store, or a friends
pet. Did you feel, sense, hear any connection with them? Talk to them and
listen/feel for a response.
